Getting a website which serve the purpose is not an easy task. Most often we see clients coming to us with a request to redesign their website because it is not doing its job. We have seen businesses generating 10 times of their investment to the website within a few months of its operations. Websites carry incredible value to attract, nurture and convert your potential customer. We don't take it lightly, do you?
Discovery
We will ask the right questions to uncover the truth about why you need a new website and exactly what it is you’re trying to achieve. Some of these questions may seem a little uncomfortable. In fact, if it doesn’t get a little awkward, then chances are we haven’t done our job. In this phase, we will plan a sitemap for your new website as well.
Sitemap
Now instead of trying to tell you what we intend to build and hoping you understand our jargon, at this point we’ll build an interactive prototype in the browser to show you how our solution will work. With no attention to design at this stage, it ain’t pretty, but it gets us close real quick. You will need to plan and gather your content here!
Prototype
The fun begins during the development stage because we get to play with crayons and colouring pencils to bring your interactive prototype to life to match your brand identity. Once it’s done, we’ll present it to you and go through the details.
Testing
We test the created website thoroughly for functionality, compatibility & performance accordingly to latest web standards. We perform various tests from our standard QA Checklist to make sure everything your website ever needs is in place.
Launch
The launch process is a carefully considered one. This is something we’ve done hundreds of times before. This comes with 30 days after launch support and a training manual to help you manage the website yourself.
Website Care
A website, just like any other business essential, needs ongoing maintenance and tweaks to keep it humming along. The domain and hosting need to be renewed every year, The plugins and softwares need to be checked and updated to the latest version every month. The links and forms should be tested for its action every 3 months and many more.
